Estimate
- Estimated hours saved per month
- 26
- Estimated value of that time per month
- 260
- Estimated value minus plan cost
- 260
Formula
hours saved = questions per day x days x minutes per answer x share handled / 60
= 40 x 26 x 3 x 50% / 60 = 26 hours
value = hours saved x hourly value = 26 x 10 = 260
net = value - plan cost = 260 - 0 = 260
This is an estimate from the numbers you entered, not a prediction or a benchmark. It counts only time spent answering questions; it does not include extra sales, and the share GorZesk handles depends on how complete your catalog data is.
