2026-11-03

• Skerry is now GorZesk. The product was called Anchor until 2 November 2026 and Skerry until 3 November 2026; it now has its final name, GorZesk, and a new logo. Your account, your business data, your plan and prices, and every feature stay exactly the same, and you sign in the same way as before. The website moves to gorzesk.pinevon.com, and links to the old address keep working.

2026-10-25

• The 14-day trial is replaced by one free month: every new business gets every GorZesk feature at Pro limits for one calendar month, with no card. The month starts when the business owner presses Start my free month. Trials that were running became free months counted from the day they started.

2026-10-15

• New businesses now start with a 14-day free trial of Pro, up from 7 days, with no card needed. Trials that were already running keep the end date they were given.
• The assistant on this site is redesigned: a GorZesk Assistant panel with an AI label, a clear online or offline status, a reset with confirmation, an expanded layout, emoji and image attachments, and suggested questions.
• The public pages use one type system, a language chooser that shows each language in its own name and in English, and clearer menus.

• The Channels area is now called Apps in the dashboard, with a search across apps and actions.
• Connect Websites: 57 chat themes, an installation check in five separate stages, and website answers that can include product photos, files and comparison tables built only from your own data.
• Workspace search covers many record types and can answer a question with sources from your own records.

• A redesigned Inbox layout with a navigation column, scheduled replies, translation, voice notes on supported channels and details on demand.
• Marketing can create posts for connected social accounts, with review, approval, scheduling and a calendar. Publishing needs the platform's own approval for each account type.

• A new Inbox workspace: saved views, snooze, private notes with mentions, bulk actions, response targets and a report with stated definitions.
• Products have an image gallery. Contacts can hold several emails, phone numbers and app handles, can be merged field by field and can be archived and restored.

• A larger catalog toolkit: quick sale, background imports with preview and undo, stock transfers and counts, price books, purchasing with approval, barcode labels, bundles, compatibility rules and an Excel connection.

• Home, Contacts, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Automation, DevOps Center and Service were rebuilt on a shared list, record page and dialog pattern.

• New plans: Pro at $25 a month and Business at $100 a month, with a discount on the first paid month, plus Custom by agreement.

• Staff replies now go back to the customer over their own channel (Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email) and each reply shows whether it was delivered, with a retry if not. Previously only Messenger was forwarded.
• Channels shows whether this server can run each channel and the last message received on each connection.
• New GorZesk AI Assistant: answers questions about GorZesk on this site and in the dashboard.
• Log In and Start Free go to Pinevon's account pages with a GorZesk-branded sign-in and sign-up.
• The language selector now matches Pinevon's, with GorZesk's ten languages.
• Contact details and social channels now come from one shared Pinevon directory.
