Partner Programme Terms

1. Who these terms are between

These Partner Programme Terms ("Terms") are between Pinevon ("Pinevon", "we", "us"), which builds and operates GorZesk (formerly Skerry and Anchor), and the person or organisation that applies to promote GorZesk ("you", "partner"). They apply alongside the GorZesk Terms of Service. If a signed partner contract says something different, the signed contract wins for that partner.

2. Applying does not create a partnership

Anyone may apply. Submitting an application gives you no referral link, no portal access, no right to use Pinevon or GorZesk names or logos beyond fair description, and no right to any payment.

We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. We usually reply within a few business days by email.

3. Approval, contracts and your portal

When we approve an application we create a partner record and send you an invitation to the partner portal, where you sign in with your own Pinevon account.

Commission is paid only under a written partner contract that we issue and that is marked accepted and active. The contract states the commission type and amount, whether it recurs, any hold period and the payout threshold. Without an active contract no commission is earned, even for customers who arrived through your link.

We publish no standard commission rate on this page and make no promise about what any partner will earn.

4. Attribution

A customer is attributed to you when they arrive through your referral link or use your referral code, and then subscribe to a paid GorZesk plan. Attribution is recorded by our systems deterministically; where more than one partner could claim a customer, the rule set out in your contract applies.

Self-referrals (you, your own businesses or people acting for you) and customers obtained in breach of these Terms are not attributed.

5. Refunds, chargebacks and reversals

If a payment that earned a commission is refunded, charged back or cancelled, the related commission is reversed. Reversals are shown in your portal. Amounts already paid may be deducted from later payouts.

6. Payouts

Payable commission is paid manually after approval by Pinevon, once any hold period has passed and your payable balance reaches the threshold in your contract. Payouts are never made automatically.

Before your first payout we may ask for tax and payment details. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. Each currency is shown and paid separately.

7. How you may promote GorZesk

Describe GorZesk accurately and only with claims found on gorzesk.pinevon.com. Do not promise features, prices, results or discounts that we do not offer.

You must not: send unsolicited messages (spam); bid on Pinevon or GorZesk names in paid search; pose as Pinevon or as a customer; use misleading reviews, fake accounts or incentivised sign-ups; place cookies or links without the visitor’s knowledge; or promote GorZesk on content that is unlawful, hateful or deceptive.

Follow the advertising and disclosure rules where you publish, including clearly saying that you may earn a commission.

8. Customer discounts are separate

Customer discounts and coupon codes are set by Pinevon. A partner cannot create discounts, and a discount given to a customer does not by itself create or change a commission.

9. Data and privacy

In your portal, customers you referred appear only as pseudonyms with their plan and subscription status. You receive no customer contact details. Any personal data you collect yourself while promoting GorZesk is your responsibility under the law that applies to you.

10. Suspension and termination

Either side may end the partnership at any time with written notice. We may suspend or end a partnership immediately for a breach of these Terms. Commission that was already payable and earned in good standing before termination remains payable; commission linked to a breach is forfeited.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version date appears below; applications must accept the current version. Changes to an active partner’s commission require a new contract version.
